Welcome to ImpexCoach. These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in our Import-Export Clarity Workshop (₹99 workshop). By registering for and attending this workshop, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Workshop Registration
By registering for the ImpexCoach workshop, you acknowledge that:
- You have provided accurate and complete information during registration
- You are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
- The workshop fee of ₹99 is non-refundable under any circumstances
- Registration is personal and non-transferable
3. Workshop Access
Upon successful registration and payment:
- You will receive a Zoom link via email and WhatsApp
- The workshop is a live 3-hour session conducted in Kannada and English
- Access credentials are for your personal use only and must not be shared
- Recording, screen capturing, or redistributing workshop content is strictly prohibited
4. Intellectual Property
All workshop content, including but not limited to presentations, materials, videos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of ImpexCoach and Tejas Padasalagi. You may not:
- Record, reproduce, or distribute any workshop content
- Use workshop materials for commercial purposes
- Share login credentials or access links with third parties
- Create derivative works from workshop content
5. Workshop Content Disclaimer
The workshop provides educational information about import-export business. ImpexCoach makes no guarantees regarding:
- Business success or profitability from implementing workshop teachings
- Specific financial outcomes or export opportunities
- Accuracy or completeness of all market information shared
Participants are responsible for their own business decisions and due diligence.
6. User Conduct
During the workshop, participants must:
- Maintain respectful and professional behavior
- Not disrupt the session or other participants
- Use appropriate language in chat and Q&A sessions
- Not engage in spam, harassment, or inappropriate conduct
ImpexCoach reserves the right to remove disruptive participants without refund.
7. Technical Requirements
Participants are responsible for:
- Having a stable internet connection
- Ensuring compatible devices and software for Zoom
- Troubleshooting personal technical issues
Technical difficulties on the participant's end do not warrant a refund.
8. Payment Terms
- Workshop fee: ₹99 (non-refundable)
- Payment must be completed for registration confirmation
- All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
9. Cancellation & Rescheduling
ImpexCoach reserves the right to:
- Cancel or reschedule workshops with minimum 24 hours notice
- Change workshop format or instructors if necessary
- In case of cancellation by ImpexCoach, participants will be offered an alternative date or full refund
10. Limitation of Liability
ImpexCoach and Tejas Padasalagi shall not be liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from workshop participation
- Business decisions made based on workshop information
- Technical issues, connectivity problems, or access disruptions
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
11. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to:
- Collection and use of registration information
- Email and WhatsApp communications regarding the workshop
- Use of anonymized data for improving services
12. Modifications to Terms
ImpexCoach reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
