1. No Refund Policy

ImpexCoach operates a strict NO REFUND POLICY for the Import-Export Clarity Workshop (₹99). Once you complete your registration and payment, the fee is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.

2. Why No Refunds?

Our no-refund policy exists for the following reasons:

• Nominal Fee: The workshop fee of ₹99 is an extremely affordable price for a 3-hour live training session
• Immediate Access: You receive workshop access credentials immediately upon registration
• Resource Allocation: We allocate resources, prepare materials, and reserve your spot upon registration
• Commitment: The policy ensures serious participants who are committed to learning
• Administrative Costs: Processing refunds would require administrative resources disproportionate to the workshop fee

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in any of the following situations:

• Change of mind after registration
• Inability to attend due to personal reasons
• Schedule conflicts or time zone issues
• Technical difficulties on the participant's end (internet issues, device problems, etc.)
• Dissatisfaction with workshop content or delivery
• Not attending the live session
• Partial attendance of the workshop
• Failure to receive joining link due to incorrect contact information provided
• Any other personal circumstances

4. Before You Register

Please carefully review the following before completing your registration:

• Workshop Details: Ensure you understand the workshop topics, duration (3 hours), and format (live Zoom session)
• Date & Time: Confirm the workshop date and time work with your schedule
• Language: The workshop is conducted in Kannada and English
• Technical Requirements: Ensure you have a stable internet connection and compatible device for Zoom
• Contact Information: Provide accurate email and WhatsApp number to receive access credentials

5. Workshop Cancellation by ImpexCoach

In the rare event that ImpexCoach cancels or reschedules the workshop:

• You will be notified at least 24 hours in advance via email and WhatsApp
• You will be offered an alternative workshop date
• If you cannot attend the rescheduled session, a full refund will be provided
• Refunds due to ImpexCoach cancellation will be processed within 7-10 business days

6. Technical Issues - Our Responsibility

If technical difficulties arise due to ImpexCoach's systems (e.g., Zoom link not working, server issues):

• We will provide immediate technical support
• Alternative access methods will be arranged
• If the issue cannot be resolved, we will reschedule your participation

Important: Technical issues on your end (internet problems, device issues, incorrect login) do not qualify for refunds.

7. Duplicate Payments

In case of accidental duplicate payments:

• Contact us immediately at support@impexcoach.com with payment proof
• We will verify the duplicate transaction
• Genuine duplicate payments will be refunded within 7-10 business days

8. Payment Gateway Errors

If you are charged but do not receive registration confirmation:

• Contact us within 24 hours at support@impexcoach.com
• Provide transaction details and payment proof
• We will investigate and either provide access or process a refund if payment was not received

9. Recording & Replay Access

• The workshop is a LIVE session only
• No recordings or replay access are provided
• Missing the live session does not warrant a refund
• We recommend joining on time and staying for the entire 3-hour duration

10. Content Expectations

The workshop covers:

• Introduction to import-export business
• Documentation and procedures
• Finding buyers and suppliers
• Product selection and market research
• Investment requirements
• Legal and regulatory framework
• Live Q&A session

The content is educational in nature. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or financial success.

11. Transferring Registration

• Workshop registrations are non-transferable
• You cannot transfer your registration to another person
• Sharing access credentials is prohibited and may result in access revocation without refund

12. Promotional Offers & Discounts

• The ₹99 fee is already a heavily discounted promotional price
• No additional discounts or coupons are available
• Refunds are not provided if you find a better offer elsewhere

13. Acknowledgment & Acceptance

By completing your registration and payment, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood this No Refund Policy
• You agree to the non-refundable nature of the workshop fee
• You accept full responsibility for ensuring you can attend and participate
• You waive any right to request a refund for any reason

14. Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes:

• We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue
• All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India
